Title Search/Examination – We order the title search and examine the title. If necessary, we take action to correct title defects for an insurable title.

House Location Survey – Lenders require at a minimum an engineering drawing of the property, which we order.

Prepare/Review Loan Documents – We will review lender/broker-prepared documents and if necessary prepare the pertinent documents.

Prepare Settlement Statement – We will prepare and provide a settlement statement so you will know your costs prior to settlement. We will review the settlement statement by explaining each item to you t settlement.

Obtain Pay-off Statements – We will obtain updated pay-off statements, make payments and release all existing liens on the property.

Document Preparation – We prepare all the necessary documents such as deeds and fully explain them at settlement.

Title Insurance – We will issue title insurance policies to protect title on property.

Escrow Agent – We will collect and disburse all necessary funds to complete the settlement process.

Recordings – We will record all the necessary documents in a timely fashion.
